As a creative director at Brown Sisters Modeling, my role involved orchestrating various projects' visual and aesthetic aspects. I collaborate closely with team and local photographers, stylists, and models to bring creative visions to life. From conceptualizing photo shoots to overseeing the selection of wardrobes and props, I worked to ensure that each project aligned with the brand's image and resonated with the target audience. Within each project, I was able to curate over 50 creative projects and direct several shoots and videos, highlighting Black women. Additionally, I was responsible for staying ahead of industry trends, fostering a dynamic and innovative creative environment, and managing the overall artistic direction of the company. My experience in this role has allowed me to blend strategic thinking with artistic expression, contributing to the success and visual identity of the modeling company.
